PROCTOR APPLICATION FORM
Once candidate has chosen a Proctor that has not yet been "ACTA Approved", the Proctor is required to complete and submit the following online Proctor Application Form.
IMPORTANT: Before completing the form, your Proctor needs to review the Proctor Guidelines by clicking here for the British Columbia Exams and here for the Saskatchewan exams.
The Proctor Application Form demonstrates the competency of the choosen Proctor to ensure that the British Columbia/Saskatchewan Exam is conducted in an ethical and professional manner.
Once the form is submited, ACTA will confirm back to both the Proctor and candidate if he/she has been approved within 48 hours.
